From measuring social impact to learning and continuous improvement

In many social projects, although there is a budgetary control, it is not easy to assess and measure the social impact of the project. I, Dr. Hadas Gruner, am an expert in developing quantitative and qualitative tools, adjusted to each program's goals. These tools support processes and operations based on findings that help measuring the social impact, and turn them into continuous learning and improvement.
 
Successful combination of rich professional experience and a broad academic education, including:
  • Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of educational and social programs combining quantitative and qualitative research approaches. Improving work processes In the Tel- Aviv-Jaffa municipality's educational system, in other local authorities, and in associations and third sector organizations.
  • Faculty member and a formerly head of evaluation at David Yellin Academic College of Education.
