I led a team of academics researchers in a long-term study that was conducted to examine the effectiveness of an educational program. The study included the construction of assessment tools (quantitative and qualitative), collection the findings, analysis and processing with statistical tools and text analysis software. Interim reports were written and a summary report was distributed to variety of audiences.
A philanthropic foundation examined the social impact of its activities by calling on to graduates of a social program focused on reducing gaps among disadvantaged groups. I helped the fund's management build a graduates’ survey and better the definitions of their needs in order to achieve a better social impact.
I directed, through a research institute, the planning, implementation and analysis of the findings of an evaluation of a national educational program, for the Ministry of Education. Dozens of lecturers and thousands of students throughout Israel participated in the evaluation. I worked with a variety of officials from academia, the Ministry of Education and colleges, while building cooperation and enlisting them to succeed.
