I have helped donors evaluate and measure the social impact of their social and educational activities. This is done by constructing questionnaires, interviews, and focus groups. The reports that were built attested to the extent to which the program affects the employees, participants and the community.
I led a process of participation of the general public in a local authority in order to achieve a formative evaluation of a social program. The results of the process of public participation led to a change and reshaping of the program’s solutions, and their adaptation to the needs of the participants in the program.
I assisted management teams of social programs and educational projects conducted by a local authority to define goals and objectives. The discussions led to improvements in the social impact of the programs by adapting activities and training the instructors according to the goals and objectives that were defined.
