I led a public participation process in a local authority, for brainstorming the social challenges that concerned the residents. We built and used tools to identify the public's needs as a basis for building a social intervention program.
I built, operated and analyzed a survey for participants in a social organization that measured the extent to which social values were implemented among youth at risk (the program's target audience).
I assisted community center's managers to improving the social impact of a program for disadvantaged groups, through formative evaluation. The findings led to redesigning the program in order to improve the solutions for the needs of the participants.
