I built assessment reports based on qualitative analysis (interviews, observations and focus groups) and on quantitative analysis (statistical). The reports were presented to various forums, as a basis for joint thinking about improving the program (formative evaluation).
I accompanied management teams of social programs, NGOs, local authorities and philanthropic foundations in analyzing the findings. i.e., the findings were presented and the strengths and challenges that were raised in the report were discussed, as a basis for improving the responses to the target audience.
I led the process of building a short and long term work plan, based on evaluation findings which included activities to improve the social program and timeframes for reevaluating the achieving of the program's goals.
